Agreeing to these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
About this site
This site is a portfolio and a place to learn about my work and services. It isn’t an offer to contract. Any project I do for you is covered by a separate written proposal or agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
Intellectual property
The site’s design, copy, code, illustrations and other content belong to Disha Shah / Vanya Studio unless noted. You’re welcome to view the site and link to it. Please don’t copy, republish, scrape or redistribute any part of it without my written permission.
The case studies show work made with and for clients. That work, and the names, logos and marks that appear in it, belong to their respective owners and appear with permission. Some projects are shown without naming the client. Nothing here gives you any right to use those materials.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and considerately. Don’t try to interfere with it, probe or attack it, overload it with automated requests, or use it to impersonate me or anyone else.
Accuracy of content
I work to keep what’s here accurate and current, but case studies, descriptions of services and any results mentioned are provided for general information. They may change, and they aren’t a promise of any particular outcome for your own project.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds services run by others, such as Cal.com, LinkedIn, Instagram and X. I’m not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Sending me information
Contacting me doesn’t create a client relationship or any duty of confidentiality until we’ve agreed to work together. Please don’t send sensitive or confidential material in a first message. I’m happy to sign an NDA before we get into detail.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. I don’t promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I’m not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes
I may update the site or these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory rights you have where you live.
