Disha Shah
I'm a Brand and Experience Designer working at the intersection of design, business, and technology. Since 2019, I've worked with founders and teams across startups, design studios, and enterprises spanning 15+ countries — including founders backed by YC, Accel, and Bain Capital, and institutions like Deloitte, the United Nations, Larsen & Toubro Group, and Tata Group.
I work across product, websites, branding and systems. Most of this work is about behaviour: how products shape the way people think and act, and how the systems we design interact with the larger systems organisations already operate within. I work closely with engineering and leadership teams on experiences that hold up as companies scale.
Much of my work sits around AI/ML, data, and platform-driven products — technically ambitious ideas where design helps translate complexity into clarity and real-world adoption.
Outside of work, I love the mountains, enjoy reading, absolutely hate having my photos taken, and am endlessly curious about business and strategy — friends and colleagues often joke I may be in the wrong career.
I've been deeply shaped by the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza — introduced to it in 2018 and practising daily since 2021, it's something I find myself recommending to almost everyone I meet.
