Ongoing Project
For Shweta Labs, I worked on a focused brand identity refresh and helped build the product strategy & communication foundation for a company operating in the highly specialised space of forensic investigation and criminal intelligence tools.
The founding team includes professionals who have worked with the Indian military and national cybercrime units, building technology used in real investigative environments.

Because of the sensitivity and complexity of the domain, traditional desk research was rarely enough.
Understanding the space required conversations with domain experts, mapping investigative workflows, and studying competitor tools through hands-on demonstrations. This helped translate highly technical investigative capabilities into clearer product concepts and communication.
The logo had already been trademarked two years earlier, so the goal wasn’t to redesign it completely, but to carefully evolve it while preserving its legal and visual continuity.
From there, I established the foundations of the brand system — defining typography, colour palette, visual patterns, and the broader brand language that could scale across different contexts.
This extended into building a set of brand and marketing assets across both digital and physical touchpoints, helping ensure consistency in how the company presents itself to partners, institutions, and stakeholders.
Alongside the brand work, I also worked closely with the founding team on investor pitch decks and product storytelling — helping shape how the product vision, technology, and roadmap are communicated.

The work continues as an ongoing partnership, supporting both the evolution of the brand and the broader product narrative as the company grows.
